Submissions are not only welcome but
encouraged! This is a quid pro quo arrangement: free play of your music and
links to your website in exchange for free publicity/internet radio play.

RELEASE AGREEMENT
(If you do not include this Artist Release we
will not play your music)
By submitting music you are affirming that you legal contact and control all
rights for airplay on Radio Dentata, and you hereby grant permission
(non-exclusive, world wide rights*- see footnote) for
us to play that music without royalty payments of any kind to any person or
organization - whether you are a member of that organization currently or
become a member in the future.
- You understand that if you do not supply a
bio, this signed agreement, and a hardcopy of your music, we are in no
way obligated to include your information on radiodentata website nor in
any radiodentata show.
- If you submit an EPK and you do not specify
which song(s) you would like us to showcase on Radiodentata we can chose
any song(s) that we want
- You understand that we are not responsible
to update your bio, image, music file, or other submitted information
but will try based on time restraints.
- You grant permission to radiodentata to make
one backup copy of all music supplied.
In addition:
- RadioDentata will respect the artistic
integrity and intellectual property rights of the submissions. Content
will not be altered apart from editorial purposes, such as using
unmodified sections of a bio, or adjusting the size of an image file.
Audio files will not be mashed-up, remixed, sliced, diced unless given
expressed permission by the artist.
- RadioDentata will respect all Artist
requests to terminate this Agreement. All You have to do is request your
music be removed from our music library by contacting us via email or in
writing at any time. We will immediately remove any music you have given
us permission to play from the music library upon your request. Please
send song titles to make it easier to find and remove.
Synopsis of this music
agreement:
- You confirm ownership of
publishing rights, and the copyright, for all music submitted.
- RadioDentata’s internet
radio station will NOT owe you, your record label, agent, or publisher
any money for playing or promoting your music. This is an airplay for
exposure exchange. We're going back to selecting songs on merit. No
legal payola.
