Factory Videos is celebrating the 12th anniversary of their opening on Gay Pride Day in 1998. Factory was started with a computer in a walk in closet in the home of owners Scott Morris and Gord Reece, Factory Videos was one of the first gay adult video companies to offer video for sale online.
The business quickly gained a loyal fan base that is still enjoying Factory’s work today.
“We hired guys to model based on their attitudes about sex as much as their great looks.” Explains Morris. “The result was video with guys who are approachable and intimate. Genuine sex pigs.”
Factory still offers a wide variety of men and tastes. It is an important and enduring theme.
Factory Videos incorporated a few years ago to cover an umbrella of small, focused, studios and lines. Factory expanded its range from cum guzzling pigs, to street wise and intense bi men. There is something for everyone.

“We’ve always been seen as something of an outsider in gay porn. Its been a good thing for us because we don’t feel restricted in ways we might have been.” Says Morris. “Our business model has always included embracing change, and being prepared for new technology.”
Factory Videos has easily transitioned through the various technologies of the last decade. Their video is now available in a wide number of formats and sources.
Reece explains, “What ever happens in the future, we are ready to be there for our fans. We have always included the fans when deciding what we do. We know that good quality, and good value, will keep fans coming back. We know, because they tell us.”
